"The All Stars Project is proud to collaborate with Dallas Mayor Eric L. Johnson on this visionary initiative. It is an honor to serve the City of Dallas by leading this program and leveraging the existing incredible workforce resources of some of the city’s leading nonprofits and educational institutions. Our decades of grassroots experience and research-backed approach to youth development make us uniquely equipped to help Dallas Works succeed. Together, we can create a model to prepare young people for the workforce and beyond."
- Chris Street
President and CEO, All Stars Project, Inc.
"If our youth are never exposed to the
corporate sector and never learn about what jobs are available, why would they strive to gain a higher education? How and when do they become career-ready? Companies who take on high school interns not only support their own talent pipeline, but the entire corporate pipeline. Again, it’s all about early
exposure and creating new possibilities."
- Antoine Joyce-Roach
Senior Vice President/
City Leader, ASP of Dallas
