Lisa Linnen leads the design and execution of innovative, performance-based afterschool programs at the All Stars Project of Dallas. With a strong focus on community development, she cultivates relationships with non-profit leaders, business partners, civic officials, alumni and parents to reinforce the organization’s mission. As the head of the Afterschool Development Working Group, Lisa brings together community leaders, front-line practitioners, educators, and innovators to help advance the impact and influence of afterschool development across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Prior to relocating to Dallas in August 2020, Lisa oversaw the program management and operations of the acclaimed Operation Conversation: Cops & Kids program at the All Stars Project of New York, in partnership with the NYPD and Newark Police Department. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston University and extensive experience in community organizing, Lisa is committed to empowering youth and fostering impactful relationships across diverse communities in Dallas.
